When it comes to Senior talent, I see a lot of companies that say "a Senior can handle more scope, e.g. multiple squads" but I'm not sure if this is really the way to go. Spreading designers too thin and exhausting them with too many "agile ceremonies" smells like a recipe for disaster instead of growth and success.

Another point is about where people feel they should be and how companies reward you with Senior titles with as little as 2-3 YOE.

Do you have any thoughts about these two points? :)
